We at Picardy Beauty strive to process your orders as soon as possible. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email, only after that your order will be processed.
Please review the following points if you want to replace or need refund for a product:
- The claim must be raised within 3 days of the product delivery.
- Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or faulty.
- Picardy Beauty will NOT provide a replacement simply on the basis of change of mind.
- The claimed item must remain sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. You simply need to email or WhatsApp us with your complaints. We'd be more than happy to help you out.
In case of any issues in order, email us at info@picardybeauty.pk or WhatsApp us at 0334 2150113 with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Picture of the Products/Package
- Name of the Products to be replaced/refund
Refunds & Replacements::
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your request for refunds is accepted, then it will be processed in 7 days from our side, but it will take 10-15 days from the bank or the merchant’s side. Only after that you will be given an Online credit voucher or the refund will be sent to the account number you provide.
- You will be notified when the voucher is added to your Picardy Account or when your credit is sent to your account.
Replacements:
- Products must be unopened and in the original condition
- Products must be sent back within 2-3 days to Picardy Beauty of raising the claim.
- The seal of the product should remain unopened.
How to Return:
- Take a picture of the item/items that are damaged or faulty and need to be replaced.
- Email us at info@picardybeauty.pk to request a replacement, attach pictures of the product as well.
- Make sure to add your order number and the name of the items being replaced, in the email.
- Replacement is only applicable when the customer sends the product(s) back to Picardy Beauty from a courier of their choice.
- Replacements will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
- You will need to pay any applicable charges for the re-shipping.
- If the replacement items are out of stock, we will send you a coupon of the same amount as your replacement item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

Non-returnable items:
- Products purchased on sale are not applicable to be replaced.
Order Cancellation:
If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest. Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it is important that you notify us immediately. For cancellation of order, Call or Whatsapp: +923342150113 immediately, if your order has been already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
