Shipping policy

At Picardy, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience to all our valued customers. Below is our shipping policy, outlining delivery times, costs, and more.

1. Order Confirmation:

You will receive an email once you place the order, or a call from our customer care to confirm your order. Your order will be processed only after your confirmation.

2. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed till 2PM will be shipped on the same business day, any orders placed after 2PM will be shipped on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time: 

For the major cities serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For Rural areas the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.

4. Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fee will be charged on orders below Rs.2,500/-
  • The delivery charges Rs.200/- will be charged for all over Pakistan.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping only on orders over PKR.1,999/- all over Pakistan.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your Picardy account

6. Changes or Cancellations:

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For more information review our Return Policy.

7. Order Delays:
